The two leaders explained the arguments behind the decision to join forces in one of the most effervescent areas of legal practice, white-collar crime. In addition, they discussed future plans, case studies, the desire to train young professionals within Albu Morar and the judicial system, about which each concluded the following:

“The post-revolutionary years, with the legislative reforms of case studies, practice, etc., speak for themselves. The judicial system of our times is significantly more coherent than the one from the ‘90s”, said Gabriel Albu, Managing Partner Albu Morar.

“Certainly, the legal system is much more established, it has other constitutional and legal bases, so from here on, everything depends on the people (…). The legislator must once and for all solve the issues that are troubling the magistrates related to pensions and the retirement age, so that the judicial system to be able to focus on justice”, adds Daniel Morar, former judge of the Constitutional Court, chief prosecutor of National Anti-corruption Department and General Prosecutor of Romania, current Senior Partner Albu Morar.

So ends a season where the words challenge, change, adaptability are just some of the guiding lines of 2022.
